About the Owner-
Hi My name is Blake Sundbye I started TXK Pressure Washing in high school so I'd have some fun money. Because of this business I have been able to achieve some of my goals and help out in the communities we've serviced. I am currently in my last semester at the University of Central Arkansas working towards my degree in entrepreneurship and Innovation. I am also a Crew Chief in the Arkansas Air National Guard. My goal is to grow this business into something that runs without me and helps me achieve my dream of being a commercial pilot. I've already been able to obtain my private pilot certificate and most of that was because of the awesome people we get to wash for.

Pressure Washing Questions, Answered
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete driveways, sidewalks and patios. Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions to safely clean siding, roofs and other surfaces that high pressure can damage. TXK Pressure Washing uses the right method for each surface on your property.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. We soft wash roofs instead of pressure washing them. The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) advises against using power washers on asphalt shingles and recommends a diluted bleach (sodium hypochlorite) cleaning solution, which is the soft washing approach we use.
What causes the black streaks on my roof?
Those black streaks are usually algae, not dirt. According to ARMA, the algae (such as Gloeocapsa magma) travel through the air and settle on roofs, and natural pigments produced by these algae may cause white or light-colored roofs to gradually turn dark brown or black.

Why does mold and mildew keep coming back on my siding?
Mold and mildew return wherever moisture lingers, such as shady sides of the house, areas under trees, and spots near gutters that overflow. As the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency puts it, The key to mold control is moisture control.
A house wash removes the growth, and keeping gutters clean helps keep water off your siding.
What areas does TXK Pressure Washing serve?
We serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, West Little Rock, Conway and nearby communities, including Maumelle, Mayflower, Vilonia, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Bryant and Benton. In general that means within about 15 miles of Little Rock and 10 miles of Conway. If you are just outside that area, call or text and we can probably still help. See all of our service areas.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. TXK Pressure Washing is licensed and fully insured. Our certificate of insurance is usually attached to the estimates we send, and you can ask to see it before booking.
How do I get a quote, and how can I pay?
Quotes are free. Call or text (501) 402-0196 or fill out the quote form on this page. We accept cash, check, cashier’s check, debit and credit cards (a processing fee applies), Cash App and Venmo.
What if I am not happy with the results?
We will come back and make it right. If you are not happy with how your cleaning came out, let us know and we will return to fix it. If we ever damage anything, we will tell you and make it right. Details are in our Terms of Service.
