These Terms of Service apply when you request a quote from, schedule work with, or use the website of TXK Pressure Washing LLC (“TXK Pressure Washing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service or using txkpressurewashing.com, you agree to these terms. Your written estimate or invoice may include additional details for your specific job.

Our Services

TXK Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including house washing, roof soft washing, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, fence staining, solar panel cleaning, and Christmas light installation, in Little Rock, Conway, and surrounding communities in Central Arkansas.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Prices are based on the information you give us and the condition of the property. If the work needed turns out to be different from what was quoted, we will talk with you before doing any additional work or changing the price.

Scheduling and Weather

Outdoor cleaning depends on the weather. If rain, freezing temperatures, or other conditions make it unsafe or ineffective to work, we may need to reschedule. We will contact you as early as we can to find a new time. If you need to reschedule, please call or text us as soon as possible.

Preparing Your Property

Please make sure we can safely reach the areas being cleaned, close windows and doors, and let us know ahead of time about anything we should watch out for, such as fragile items, plants, pets, or known problem areas. Our house wash preparation checklist covers the details.

Payment

We accept cash, check, cashier’s check, debit and credit cards, Cash App, and Venmo. A processing fee applies to card payments. Payment timing is listed on your estimate or invoice.

If you are not happy with how your cleaning came out, let us know and we will come back and make it right.

Insurance and Property Damage

TXK Pressure Washing is fully insured, and you can ask to see our certificate of insurance before booking. We take care to protect your property. If we damage something during a job, we will tell you and make it right. Exterior cleaning can reveal existing problems, such as loose or failing paint, worn caulking, or damaged siding, shingles, or screens. We will point out anything we notice, but we are not responsible for conditions that existed before our work.

Maintenance Plans

We offer recurring maintenance plans for residential and commercial customers. We do not lock anyone into a contract unless that is what you want. To cancel a recurring service, just call or text us.
