What a Full Maumelle Exterior Clean Looks Like
This fall a Maumelle homeowner found us while searching Google for soft washing companies that serve Maumelle. It turned into a big job: a large sunroom and its tile floor, a metal carport, the gutters, the house, and the privacy fence. Here is what each part took.
The sunroom. Its vinyl windows and screens cannot be cleaned like glass, so this part took the most homework. More on that below.
The tile floor. Once the windows were done, we soft washed the sunroom’s tile floor with a bleach-based cleaner and rinsed it at low pressure.
The carport. This was the best before and after of the day. The metal panels were covered in black stains running down from the roof edge. We cleaned them at low pressure, because high pressure can dent thin metal panels and drive water where it should not go. The photo shows the result.
The house and gutters. We washed the house, worked the soffits and the gutter line, and took the black streaks off the white gutters.
The fence. We soft washed the street side of the privacy fence, the side the whole neighborhood sees.

The Sunroom Windows We Did Not Treat Like Glass
The sunroom is enclosed with Eze-Breeze vinyl windows and screens. The homeowner told us up front that they cannot be washed with bleach, Dawn, or most of the cleaners companies use on windows. The mix we use on a normal house wash would most likely have clouded or damaged them.
So we did the homework together before touching them. We landed on Woolite mixed into the water, applied by hand with a microfiber mop and rags instead of a sprayer, followed by a low-pressure rinse. The vinyl came out clean and undamaged.
That is how we approach every house. If something on your home is unusual, like vinyl porch windows, older painted trim, or landscaping you care about, tell us when you book. We would rather slow down and check than guess.
